CargoAlign 是 MS PRO 為貨運代理開發的網上系統，包括三個模組：重量核對（按 MAWB 核對 Plan 與 Loading 的件數、重量及目的地）、營運文件（PLAN BULK、還單、CO-LOAD、S/O、LETTER / FORM 等），以及計位 LOAD PLAN。每間公司可按需要開通模組。CargoAlign is MS PRO's online system for freight forwarders with three modules: Weight Matching (Plan vs Loading by MAWB for PCS, KG and DEST), Operations Documents (PLAN BULK, RETURN, CO-LOAD, S/O, letters and forms) and ULD Load Planning. Modules are switched on per company.
輸入每單貨的件數、尺寸及 VOL，系統會按所選 ULD 及 Contour 計算 PLTS 及散貨的擺放，顯示每板剩餘 CBM / VOL 及 3D 擺位圖。Contour 尺寸可按航空公司圖紙設定，亦提供國泰 CX、香港航空 HX 等預設。Enter pieces, sizes and VOL for each shipment; the system places pallets and loose cargo on the chosen ULDs and contours, showing the CBM / VOL left on each board and a 3D load view. Contours follow the airline drawings, with presets such as Cathay CX and Hong Kong Airlines HX.
可以。上載公司平時使用的 PLAN Excel，系統會按標題自動對齊欄位，確認後即可按貴公司格式輸出及下載 PLAN。Yes. Upload the PLAN Excel you already use; the system aligns the fields from its titles, and after you confirm, PLANs come out and download in your own format.
每間公司的資料分開存放，其他公司無法查看；使用者須以公司代碼、用戶名稱及密碼登入，帳戶及權限只由管理員設定。Each company's data is kept separate and cannot be seen by other companies. Users sign in with a company code, username and password, and only administrators manage accounts and permissions.
